We specialise in the below products which all have a 50% reduction in price offer if you contact us in December 2015 or January 2016:

  • One to One Personal Training, fitness assessment, nutrition plan and individual training schedule = Cost £30.00 per 1.5 hour session or £20.00 if 5 or more are booked in a block (This can be done at your home, work place, outside or in a gym.
  • Online personal training - Are you looking to become a fitter and healthier you in 2016 and not sure where to start?= £15.00 per month for tailored online personal training.
  • Massage = Muscle rehabilitation massages for injury or stiff muscles = £30.00 for an hour session
  • Nutrition Planning = Personal nutrition plan = £30.00 (recommended 3 sessions)
  • Mindful Exercise Classes (Includes Meditation, Chakra Threading and Yoga Style exercise) = £10.00 per participant (one to ones given or small groups at a location of your choice for £20.00 per person)
